The most famous of all, the <strong>Grands Sables<\/strong>, This is not the only beach in this island landscape. The island of Groix boasts more than a dozen beaches, each with its own unique character. Most are accessible in just a few minutes from Port Tudy or Locmaria.<br \/>\n<em>Find the map of <strong>beaches of Groix<\/strong> in the middle of the article!<\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"bloc-plage\">\n<div id=\"grandsable\" class=\"bloc-plage-image\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage-texte-droite\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"bloc-plage-titre\">The Great Sands<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The largest beach of <a href=\"https:\/\/groix.online\/en\/\">the island of Groix<\/a>, With views of the mainland, Grands Sables, known for its convex shape, has moved away from the VVF beach and closer to Port M\u00e9lite. You can enjoy its fine sand and water sports during the season. Bring your volleyball; the flat surface of the beach is perfect for games! Finally, this famous Breton beach is supervised during the season.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage\">\n<div class=\"bloc-plage-texte\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"bloc-plage-titre\">Poullziorek (Tahiti Beach)<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Of Groix&#039;s beaches, this is the northernmost on the island. It is located just before the village of Quelhuit and not far from the Pen Men lighthouse. Poullziorek, often called &quot;\u00ab\u00a0<strong>Tahiti beach<\/strong>\u00ab&quot; , is located at a small cove that is relatively difficult to access and inaccessible at high tide. However, at low tide this small beach with white sand and turquoise water gains all its &quot;Tahitian&quot; charm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"poulziorek\" class=\"bloc-plage-image\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage\">\n<div id=\"porhkoustic\" class=\"bloc-plage-image\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage-texte-droite\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"bloc-plage-titre\">Porh Koustic<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Full of charm, Porh Koustic is nestled between Pointe des Chats and Sables Rouges. You&#039;re sure to have a wonderful time with family, friends, or your loved one. Furthermore, at low tide, a mysterious sand passage appears on the right, offering a view of Pointe des Chats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage\">\n<div class=\"bloc-plage-texte\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"bloc-plage-titre\">Kermarec<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Located to the right of Locmaria beach, this small, secluded cove with white sand enjoys sunshine all day long. Kermarec is therefore an ideal beach for relaxing and soaking up the wild beauty of Groix Island! Our favorite.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"kermarec\" class=\"bloc-plage-image\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage-carte\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage\">\n<div id=\"henoz\" class=\"bloc-plage-image\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage-texte-droite\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"bloc-plage-titre\">The H\u00e9noz Coast<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The beach on the H\u00e9noz coast, at the foot of the cliff of the same name overlooking Port-Tudy at the breakwater, is ideal for relaxing after lunch at the port. Discreet yet welcoming, it&#039;s one of Groix&#039;s beaches that offers a lovely panorama with the surrounding rocks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage\">\n<div class=\"bloc-plage-texte\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"bloc-plage-titre\">Red Sands &amp; VVF<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The Red Sands could be said to be subdivided into several small beaches on Groix. To the right, the beach forms a semicircle of ochre-colored sand. To the left, the beach commonly known as &quot;VVF beach&quot; is friendly and quite busy during the season. The more adventurous can also explore the rocks and discover the old, abandoned lifeguard hut of Grands Sables.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"sablesrouges\" class=\"bloc-plage-image\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage\">\n<div id=\"locmaria\" class=\"bloc-plage-image\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"bloc-plage-texte-droite\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"bloc-plage-titre\">Locmaria<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Locmaria beach borders the village of the same name and has numerous boat moorings. Bathed in sunshine, this beach is easily accessible and supervised during the season. You can enjoy terraces overlooking the beach and rent water sports equipment in the summer. Finally, in mid-August, the beach hosts the <strong>Locmaria Fire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Porh Skeudoul<\/h3>\n<p>This pretty beach nestled in a cliffside hollow is accessible from the coastal paths between Port-Tudy and Port M\u00e9lite. Sometimes nicknamed &quot;Auberge Beach&quot; because it&#039;s a 5-minute walk from the Groix Youth Hostel, Porh Skeudoul offers peace and relaxation.<\/p>\n<h3>Port M\u00e9lite<\/h3>\n<p>Located at the end of the Port M\u00e9lite road, between Porh Skeudoul and Les Grands Sables, this family-friendly beach on the island of Groix has a sailing club and lifeguards during the season. The beach is also close to a large car park (useful for accessing Les Grands Sables) and a snack van.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, for those who are more curious, other beaches are hidden on the island of Groix.
