From the village of Kerlard \u2013 where you will have previously enjoyed a galette au lard des thoniers* at the cr\u00eaperie de l&#039;\u00c9curie \u2013 you can continue your journey by passing through wooded, sometimes arid paths, while following the wild coast to reach the Trou de l&#039;Enfer.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Tuna fishermen&#039;s bacon is a specialty of Groix, you can buy it at the butcher in Bourg.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Our next destination: the village of Locmaria. We&#039;ll pass by the water tower, making sure not to miss the famous Parcabout of Groix. This unique concept in the world of acrobatic adventure parks was created by experienced former sailors under the name of <em>Black Dog\u00ae<\/em>, It&#039;s a necessary stop. At least to see.<\/p>\n<h3>The season is starting for retailers.<\/h3>\n<p>But spring in Groix is also the time to enjoy sunny terraces! Many establishments are starting their season and offering lovely views. This bar and restaurant, located halfway up Port Tudy, is renowned for its lively atmosphere. Inside, you&#039;ll find a foosball table and a pool table, offering the perfect opportunity to challenge your friends or family!<\/p>\n<h3>Dinner in Bourg or Port Tudy<\/h3>\n<p>Back to our lovely <strong>bed and breakfast<\/strong> Located near the town center, we planned our dinner. Restaurants and cr\u00eaperies are mainly located in the town center and Port Tudy. That evening, we chose Chez Sandrine cr\u00eaperie, situated near the town center. At the start of the climb up to Port-Tudy, you&#039;ll find two pubs where locals and visitors alike gather in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The first, Ty Beudeff, is an authentic tavern, a true institution known to sailors from all over the world. Ask any seafaring friend; they&#039;ll certainly know the place! At its sister establishment, the Auberge du P\u00eacheur, you&#039;ll find two bars: one on the terrace and the other, a pub, inside. The house specialties: whiskies, infused rums, and Irish coffee.<\/p>\n<h3>A small beach?<\/h3>\n<p>Finally, as one might have hoped with the <strong>island microclimate<\/strong> On the island of Groix, the weather was perfect throughout our stay! We enjoyed relaxing one afternoon at <a href=\"https:\/\/groix.online\/en\/the-beaches-of-groix\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Grands Sables<\/a>, The famous convex beach that shifts over the years. Also, in a much more peaceful setting than in peak season, we experienced a true taste of summer.
