Charming, very bright studio apartment, renovated in 2018, with double glazing, located on the upper floor of a house in the town center, overlooking its large (accessible) garden. It is well insulated in winter and cool in summer.<\/p>\n

The studio has a private entrance. The living area includes a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, washing machine, and various other appliances. It has a double bed (140 cm) with a new mattress.<\/p>\n

Outside the studio, a table and chair for breakfast in the sun, with a fleeting view of the sea.<\/p>\n
